Would you like a Halloween Treat?

This happened 4 years ago yesterday. Bela Fleck's Drive featuring Kenny Rogers w/ the Phantom of the Opry on Bass. Those were the days.

Festy Week!

Last week we were all up in amongst IBMA.  Milk Drive was a highlight.  You gotta check these dudes out.  Here they are in the Acoustic Trail room.  They rocked a delicious version of Ween's Your Party.  This is not that, this is Glass Eye, I think.

We love these guys.  Also saw a band, Roustabout, that I loved.  Next year they'll both be at The Festy.

But this week, IS The Festy.  There's still tickets available, the lineup is ridiculous, weather will be glorious.  Don't miss it, hate to be there in 20 years saying you've been to the last 19 but missed the first...

So Familiar

We cued up these dates with the New Familiars a few months ago having never really heard those guys before.  Turns out they absolutely kick ass and they're super cool.  We've got a lot in common with these guys, we seem to like all the same stuff.  Check them out:

We're in Boone with these dudes tonight then we take the circus to Bristol for the Rhythm and Roots Reunion.
